I absolutely love this salon! I always see Codou and she goes above and beyond to assure I’m satisfied. I’ve been coming to see Codou here for over a year and I’m never not satisfied and I’m extremely picky when it comes to my hair. My experience at Nikki's started out bad but ended good. Two women started braiding my hair. The person that started braiding the front of my hair was braiding too tight! I thought she was going to pull out my hair. I had to raise my voice a little, and I told her to stop braiding my hair.The woman named Edwig was braiding the back of my hair, and she was very nice. She kept asking me if the braids were too tight or not. At first she was braiding a little too tight, and when I told her, she adjusted her braiding style, then my scalp started to feel much better. Nikki is very professional. Service is set up for fast, efficient and safe environment. She handles clients and children so politely. They did my 10yr daughter hair for back to school and she was very pleased and so was I. Her leaders definitely shows also through her staff members. They treated me with such respect. Will be going back for sure
