This is the second time we have used Harold Poole Funeral Service for cremation and have been so impressed with them. The staff provides quality, great expertise, and compassion to make a very difficult event into something special and memorable. They have sold me on their business in 2016 and again in 2026. That shows their consistency of great service and customer care! Thank you Poole Funeral Service!
I have to say I was very impressed with the service here for my dad.they went above and beyond for us. big shoutout to Milissa who was super supportive and kind but everyone there was super helpful.
A superior experience was had dealing with the death of my father. From the men who came to transport all the way to gathering the flowers after his service. Excellent customer service, respect, and dignity throughout the entire process.
