I have a 3-star rating of the builder due their timeliness in routine repairs after the sale.The good: Quality home with nice amenities and custom featuresThe bad: Very disorganized and slow to complete repairs.Examples are scratched kitchen cabinet doors identified in early July. New cabinet doors scheduled for install mid September, and then determined to be wrong sizes.Broken seal on window identified in June and as of mid September still waiting.My advice is if you purchase a home from this builder, DO NOT close until all repairs are completed.
