I had a wonderful first time experience at the European Wax Center. Ms. Ilana was the first young lady I encountered, she's very nice and professional. She took the time to explain the services they offered and I didn't have to wait for a long time. Because I was a new client, they gave me a great deal for the services I purchased.Ms.Diane was an amazing specialist at the European Wax Center. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. Diana did my wax and she was amazing! It was my first time ever. I was super nervous and she walked me through it the entire time and assured that I was okay! Front desk was very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Diana, 10/10 experience for sure!

All staff have been kind and helpful. My favorite is Diana. She is extremely gentle when waxing and patient when I am not exactly sure if I need a full facial or just a touch up. She always makes sure I am completely comfortable. And she keeps on schedule… I never have to wait long at all.
