Very friendly and professional people. They took their time to find the right keys for my employer's forklifts. I also purchased 4 key rings for my family. They're all handmade by the business owner and their daughters. I highly recommend this place. I love Supporting small businesses.

I had a most pleasant encounter with Cox Locksmith in Knightdale this week I wanted to share. What a lovely family and family business! I first encountered Granddaughter Nashira by phone and we texted a few times about what I needed and price, etc. In just a few minutes, I was on my way to Knightdale to get my two sliding glass door locks re-keyed. (They do come for service calls but I decided to save that and just take them there.)
