I had a most pleasant encounter with Cox Locksmith in Knightdale this week I wanted to share. What a lovely family and family business! I first encountered Granddaughter Nashira by phone and we texted a few times about what I needed and price, etc. In just a few minutes, I was on my way to Knightdale to get my two sliding glass door locks re-keyed. (They do come for service calls but I decided to save that and just take them there.)

Just the most helpful people that understand in life we all misplace and lose our keys. Super nice people. I appreciate how nice and respectful and understanding they are, I was upset and they were so helpful. Thank you

I have used Cox for years and always had great service. They re-keyed a door lock for me and Ive had numerous duplicate keys cut there. Staff is always courteous and service is fast.
