When the pickup crew came out to grab my rug, they took the time to inspect it first before loading it up. They were honest with me that the cost of cleaning wouldn't be worth it given the rug's condition and that I'd be better off replacing it. That kind of transparency is rare, and I really appreciated that they put my interests ahead of making a sale. “OMG!! Mike did such an amazing job with my room.. my carpet was bad it was dirty to the point that it wasn't it natural color anymore. My daughter pour honey in some areas and it was sticky. She dropped milk, juice, anything and everything on that carpet and he came and brought it back to life. I was in shock on how amazing the carpet looked. I got the pro cleaning and the carpet looks brand new... I 100% recommend!! Mike let me know when he was 10 mins away, they came and started right away and finished fast and the results were amazing.
