I would highly recommend William Whittington (Marine Veteran). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. William took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my plumbing issues and ensured I understood the solutions. I will definitely rely on him again for any future plumbing needs.
William responded on the evening of a holiday when we texted him about a leaking water heater. He was able to come the next morning to replace it and he was able to provide cost estimates from photos and was always upfront and transparent about costs and timeline. He did worked with our scheduling availability, did great quality, efficient work and took care to ensure everything was clean before leaving. Would highly recommend him!
I called A A Plumber to deal with a recurring leak situation at my home. It turned out, the leak was due to homeowner error - I had accidentally screwed into our sewer pipe while installing some shelves, and the screws were blocking the flow of toilet paper. . .
William did a super thorough job at identifying the issue and instructing me on what to do to patch the pipe in order to save some money. He was also great about not making me feel stupid about my error - which, believe me, I already did. I will definitely call William and A A Plumber when plumbing needs arise in the future!
