Amy is professional but warm, attentive and does incredible massage and body work based on your specific needs each visit. She helps me maintain flexibility and reduce muscle tightness and fatigue, as well as offering immediate relief for my TMJ, sinus headaches and periodic strained muscles from seasonal overload. She is a Godsend, and so flexible with accommodating my quirky schedule. I'd go every week if I could!!
This massage studio is absolutely wonderful! The owner is awesome and her massages are proof of her experience and knowledge. Her studio is cozy and relaxing. I would definitely return to Atlantic Massage!
Wonderful experience. You can tell she has worked with muscles and training. She incorporates light stretching to get a deeper massage into your muscles. At one point I felt like my neck and shoulders were just floating. She did a wonderful job with pressure and I didnt feel compelled to make small talk so I could really relax! Loved it.
