If you have thick hair, natural hair, or just care about your hair in general.. find someone else. My first instinct was no when she first approached me telling me she had a salon. I only went to her because I was injured a week ago and am unable to my hair myself and she had availability. I wish I had just waited for someone else. She started ripping and snatching at my hair out the gate. What kind of professional starts detangling at the roots??? She does hair for people that don't have hair. I will never go back to her. I am literally ready to shave my head and start over. My hair is to the middle of my back, I'm afraid to even check how much she just snatched out.

My daughter had an appointment at 11am, by 12:30noon we were still waiting my daughter threw a fit and I asked my child to sit down. Every worker in the store told me I needed to get my child in check. My child threw another fit so I grabbed my child’s arm to take her outside to talk to her. My child threw herself on the ground so I pulled her up and we left due to my child’s behavior and the long wait for a scheduled appointment. The owner has now called dss claiming I abused my child, when in fact she is mad because she didn’t get a little bit of pocket change for doing hair.
