Denise was fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt comfortable through the whole process and knew exactly what to expect. She didn't talk too fast, even though she has done this hundreds of times, and she guided me through the process flawlessly. She even kept me informed and let me know what she was looking up on the screen. Small details like this matter.

Erin helped fit me with some glasses. She was patient, did not rush, and did not sell too hard :). I wasn't planning on buying frames that day, but she walked me through the process and closed the deal.

Today I had an eye exam and was very pleased with my visit—until it was time to check out. I told the receptionist that I wanted to pay for my exam and that I didn’t want to get glasses today. The optical section was very busy with patients, so after waiting about 15 minutes, I went back to the receptionist, only to be told again that she couldn’t check me out. After a total of 35 minutes of waiting, I finally got the attention of an optician and explained that I just wanted to pay for my exam. Ironically, the same receptionist who said she couldn’t take my payment ended up processing it.

I was skeptical about getting glasses from my eye doctor because I thought they would be too pricey. I recently purchased my second pair which were by Versace and I am thoroughly pleased. I got them at a great price and they returned before the expected date. The manager and staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend my eye doctor for your eye care.
