KRC-Kinston Refrigeration Co. provides excellent service and customer service, going above and beyond. The response from the company is excellent. Technicians are very nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite, handling problems quickly. The office staff are great people, easy to work with, friendly, and awesome. They help in any way to get service as quickly as possible. This is the best heating and air company around, and they are highly recommended to everyone for HVAC system maintenance and warranty repair.
Looking at the information for this company, they appear to do more with HVAC. However, we were referred to them for appliance repair. They have delays in scheduling. Then, they tell you that the part is no longer manufactured. Yet, we went with Dependable Appliance Repair, and they ordered the part and fixed it quickly. Keep in mind this is not commenting on the HVAC.
This company did a warranty repair for me , and on a scale of 1 thru 10 , 10 being the best they are definitely an 11. Customer service was awesome , they went above and beyond to help me get service as quickly as possible and on a day I wouldn’t have to get off work to be home . The technician came on time , was very nice and efficient . Would most definitely recommend KRC to everyone.
Still waiting. They just happened to be Whirlpool and Amanda HVAC official warranty company. Sadly, they came out the beginning of October, they said they needed to order parts then they could do the repair and locate a leak in the HVAC. I’ve attempted to call. It is now the beginning of December. ???? When. My washer was less that nine months old.
