Car star of Kinston performed a fantastic job on my '19 Jetta. My wait time was as expected. When I received my car it was clean inside and out .and they even left a new air freshener inside, Thanks Carstar staff,I'm completely satisfied so far and would gladly recommend them to others.
This has probably been one of the fastest and easiest body shop/collision center I've ever used with my car issues...the amount of time I spent just setting up was so fast it was insane..very professional and knowledgeable and genuinely shows they actually care about the people that come in there...I highly recommend speaking with Tyler Strickland there amazing employee and most certainly couldn't forget his detailer and parts technician, his daughter Makenzie Strickland. If you have car needs i highly recommend this carstar location!
Mason and his staff were great and were open to communicating with me. This situation was more than I thought it would be and they were definitely instrumental helping me adjust daily to the process. I am glad I chose Carstar to do the repairs and the end result is excellent.
