I have been calling this doctor office for 2 days without a return call. I've been transferred multiple times to voicemails. Today a very nice woman named Kelly called extremely apologetic about the way things went. She advised the doctor was also concerned about me not being contacted. After speaking to Kelly she gave me all the answers I needed and reassured me that the staff and doctor do care about their patients. I look forward to having them perform my procedure and meeting them in person.
I'm having issues with my colon and have had nothing but the best to say about this doctor and his entire staff. They're friendly, caring and sympathetic to your private matters. The doctor is extremely professional and will not rush to judgment or make a wrong decision regarding your care. It is a process that should be gently and carefully managed. I would rather take the extra time to make sure it is corrected right and not guessed upon and made worst.
I am seeing Dr. Ibegbu and his team for physician assisted weightloss. I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life, and this is the first time I've been able to stick to a plan without feeling miserable. Dr. Ibegbu's practice is huge--gastroenterologists do a lot of things besides weight loss--so sometimes there is a bit of a wait before you get to see him (in particular at the Jacksonville office), but for me, it's a small price to pay for prioritizing my health and wellness. I'm losing weight slowly and steadily without having to take any weight loss drugs, which is important to me.
