Do not give this guy your business! Just had a talk with my Grandmother and he left her an unbelievably unprofessional response telling her to stop messaging him about his service after refusing to come help her with her pool pump. This guy has no respect for other people and highly advise taking your business to someone who actually wants it.

After a rough start with Superior Pool It was brought to my attention, & I understand that the supply chain issues was our hold up Peter contacted me, explain the situation and said he would take over the project he also told me we would be swimming in 2 to 3 weeks “WELL” I’m writing this review to say “Peter” of Superior Pool and spa, did his Magic & BOOM WE R SWIMMING, & I’m so excited , to to say we love this Beautiful pool in our backyard Thank you Peter Job well done

We paid superior over $100k for our pool and it took almost 10 months to complete. The deadlines were constantly missed and the worst experience was the automatic pool cover. This was an expensive add on and it has never worked properly. We have called numerous times and it is still not working. It is now 8 months since the pool was completed and the pool cover still does not work. We have to constantly clean our pool and fill it due to the heat and condensation. This is truly unacceptable. The company has been awful about getting this issue fixed. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!
