Pleasant experience. Dr. Poole is personable, very warm and professional. I've had enough exams in my lifetime to recognize a thorough exam and he did a wonderful job. He made sure I was satisfied with my prescription, was very patient through the process and gave me clarity as I asked questions on my path forward as I'm entering my early senior years. We're new to the area, so it was my first time in the office and I was pleasantly surprised by their frame selection and services. The staff (Caroline and Lee) were very friendly and helpful, and there was no wait upon my arrival for my appointment. 5 stars!
