I showed up at 5:08 pm asking for aa manicure and a pedicure and was told they didn't have time!!!! I asked if I could just get a manicure and was told again that they didn't have time....smh

Went with a friend that has been going there for forever. She absolutely loves the people here. And I can understand why. They did really well on her and her mother. Honestly no complaints about the service itself. It's just the fact that when I asked if I wanted regular or gel nail polish. I went with gel. I work with my hands. What they didn't mention was that it's 20 dollars extra. I got my toes and hands done. No acrylic or nothing. No designs. Just basic white gel nail polish. So I spent 40 extra dollars on gel nail polish. We called just to make sure that's what made it 90 bucks. So if you wanna a manicure and pedicure it's 50. I took my daughter yesterday. We both got mani/pedi's. Pedicures were great. My daughter's manicure was good. My manicure however was absolute garbage. I paid $120 and I left with my nails painted like a child did it. I called asking for a refund. They offered to redo my nails but I don't have time until next week and I always have my daughter with me. I explained this and asked if they were going to paint my daughters nails for free too. They told me absolutely not. I tried to explain that was why I was just asking for a refund. I shouldn't have to go to the salon twice to have my nails done once. The pictures speak for themselves.
