I’ve een a long time (years) regular and usually love this place but several times I’ve had an appointment and had to wait 45 mins or longer while others are being serviced. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If this one issue was better, I’d have given a five star review.

My SIL had appts together and we had to wait 10 min to get to our pedicure chairs. Hers was started shortly after we sat down, but no one came to do mine for another 25 min. By the time mine started my SIL’s was almost done. There was no regard for our appt time or the fact that we basically had our pedicures done separately. Once I told the woman I wanted a basic (the least expensive) pedicure she began to rush through the rest of it. It was not an enjoyable experience. They were crowded and seemed very disorganized. I’m not sure why this place seems to be so popular.

I've had spa pedicures and manicures at Tip Toe. I don't go regularly, but I have arthritis so I go more often now. it's depends on who I get. almost always, the staff person is great! The service is good and prices are reasonable.
