After 25 years of rving I have never had a positive experience start to finish getting my Rv services until recently getting my Newmar motorhome repaired at Elite RV. The dealer (blue compass, horrible btw in Duncan sc) said my slide problem was just something I had to live with because they didn’t know how to fix it. I then took it to General Rv in Ashland Virginia. They made the slide problem worse to the point of not being able to use it. The dash air was also broke and they said it needed Freon. I asked them to do a pressure test. They said they did and 10 minutes down the road all the freon leaked out again. From my initial contact with Ken and his team until the time I left their shop they could not have been more professional courteous friendly and competent. My slide is perfect, the air conditioner (hole the size of the Grand Canyon was found with condenser). No pressure test needed to find the gapping Hole. I had Elite correct some paint was wax and do a whole host of other things. Everything was done perfect, timely and reasonably priced. They also made sure my carpets or anything else on my brand new unit stayed clean during repairs. Truly professionals. They were everything you would expect from a professional shop but never find. It is worth the travel if you have too. They are my go to from now on.
