I’ve been seeing Liz for massages for two years now. She has always made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. She’s attentive to any areas causing pain or discomfort, and she’s always spot on with the amount of pressure she applies. The atmosphere she creates is calm, friendly, and relaxing. You’ll have a hard time believing 90 minutes have passed while enjoying one of the best massages you’ve ever had.

I am a dental hygienist and we are notorious for having upper back and shoulder pain. I’ve been seeing Liz for 3 years now every mont and I recommend her to everyone who talks about having body pain! She is very thorough and uses tools to help break up tension and makes great recommendations. Her space is very comfortable and relaxing!! The only massage therapist I’ll see! Liz is the absolute best! I have been going to her since December 2020, and she is the utmost in professionalism and knowledge. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and Liz has become a regular part of my treatment and care. Her massages and treatments have made my well-being better, allowing me to do so much and have a great quality of life despite being 4 years into my diagnosis.
