We have always had great experiences at this Kernersville location. At the beginning of each school year I bring my young granddaughter in to have her nails done. They do an amazing job and have always treated her so kindly. We will continue to visit The Grand Nails and Spa.

They are so kind and good at what they do. I came in with a group of 5 girls for spa day. They were accepting and accommodated us. They took their time and gave us all the manicure and pedicures. The location is perfect. Thank you all!Services: Waxing
