Precious Nails

Walked in and was only customer in building. Asian lady put me with African American lady. African American lady was rude and condescending right off the bat. She did not know how to get my oh nail off and insisted for me to soak them and then was complaining about how she would not put nails on me if it ripped by nails. I've had my nails done for over 20 years now and I've never had a problem with someone soaking or even cutting my old tips off and putting new white tips on. I told her that I needed to be out of there in 55 minutes and she's like oh I don't know about that you may have to come back I said no I'm not coming back. Not recommended. One employee only doing nails.Nails were cut uneven and not shaped. Nail length on each hand is different. When I asked about this it was ignored. Dip went all the way to nail bed and was not trimmed out as needed. I realize there were people that came in after me and were waiting but that is no reason to half way my service. Substandard mediocre service.

I got SNS done here and it is thick and uneven and looks very unprofessional. It looks like the polish was just laid on top of my nail. They should have been filed and shaped better.
