Finally getting around to my review here. Been here twice both for brand new suit alterations, both on short notice as well. The first time needed some work and the Owner was very understanding, took care of the problem which allowed me to come back. When I brought the second suit in everything was perfectly perfect. Exactly how I needed it and wanted it. The prices are fair for the work, the rush fee is extremely reasonable. Check them out.
I've been a loyal customer of New Era Alterations, Dry Cleaning & Shoe Repair for years because of their consistent reliability and excellent service. Recently, there was a minor issue involving damage to a few pairs of jeans. The owner, Mr. Brett Edwards, made every effort to repair the items, and when that wasn’t possible, he didn’t hesitate to reimburse me for all three pairs. His quick action and integrity in resolving the matter speak volumes about his commitment to customer satisfaction.

This place did a great job repairing a tear in my ottoman cover for me. Only reason for 4 stars is because all of the extra thread was left behind for me to trim off in hopes I didn’t cut the wrong ones.
