Great service from start to finish. We did not have to wait long for an appointment. We received a text from the company prior to the tech’s arrival with his photograph and NAME, which was much appreciated.He was polite. I would highly recommend the service.
Cory Trollinger did an EXCELLENT JOB replacing my old shower valve in the wall and replacing it with a new Delta shower valve. Cory explained it in simple terms what he had to do and what caused this situation. ln addition, Cory cleaned up the repair mess so nice and I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS PART!It's nice for a repairman to clean up after their work instead of leaving for the owners.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cory for any plumbing issues. He is so polite and very professional.This means a lot and I normally don't post, but I like to give credit and praise to individuals who does good work and deserves a shout out!Thank you again, Cory.
Austin showed up timely and was very friendly/professional. Diagnosed the problem and we were on our way. I feel like the charge was higher than it should have been, so 4 stars instead of 5.
