I have never met a more wonderful group of people. From the front staff, to the medical assistant and then the nurse practitioner, Ms. Cox, I have never had a more dedicated group of individuals make me feel comfortable in the care of my spouse. I look forward to joining as a new patient as well. Barbara made my husband feel relaxed and at ease and Ms. Cox addressed all of our questions and concerns. I could not ask for a better experience.
The staff is very friendly! Dr. Chow is a really hardworking and thorough doctor. I've been going there for about five years now, and they've always taken care of any health issues I've had with 100% satisfaction.
I became a new patient in March of this year, as I've been having chronic joint pain and because I'm 20 no doctor has truly been taking me seriously. I found Nurse Practitioner Erica Cox, and she and her staff have treated me so kindly and with urgency. I shared my concerns, family history, and my own symptom list and she promptly led me to the lab. When I didn't get a call back from a rheumatologist they referred.e to, they reached back out to me and sent referrals out to a different office that is now getting me in on the 30th. Really impressed with how quickly they work, and how kind they all were. I will definitely be using Erica Cox as my PCP in the future.
