Test drove a car - told them I was interested. Not a single person called to follow up with me. I called 5 days later and they told me it was still on the lot and they're sorry they hadn't reached back out. Then nobody reached out again, and it sold. Won't look at another car here because I don't want to spend money with them.
Very difficult process and I would advise NOT USING this dealership. Found them through Ebay Motors and wish I would not have pursued this. Sales: Dealt with Dakota and experience was good, but, he deferred several questions about the vehicle to the service guys (vehicle had a lift). Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, it became a mess. I gave my cc# for deposit and was passed to finance. Finance: I was pre-approved on my side for 50% financing and I was paying 50% cash. Pretty simple. I received not 1, but 2 calls telling me it was a stretch, but they found me a lender who could finance me at 14% (uh, NO THANKS). Worst service department I have ever delt with. Went in with transmission slipping a few months ago and they did not even look at the transmission. They updated some firmware and advised it was fixed. Turned out I was missing a bolt and leaking transmission fluid all over the place. Service tech and service manager were of no help on why they could not find a fluid leak the first time and both are very rude. I had to call several times to find out the status of my vehicle and kept getting hung up on and transferred around. It looks like no one knows what is going on there.
