I have suffered from a back pain for years. I tried everything and then I finally gave Yoga a chance at Twisted Sister Yoga Studio and WOW what a difference. Being in my late 40's I was nervous that I wouldn't know the moves and frankly I was afraid my body couldn't handle it because I am far from limber, my nerves were quickly calmed and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I am a Friday morning regular now! 5 star studio with 5 star instructors! Highly recommend!!!
