Gevara Roofing is a local family-owned business that provides roof work and home exterior needs. Customers describe the company as professional, punctual, honest, and genuinely friendly. One customer noted that the team inspected an old roof in detail, proposed ways to improve attic ventilation for better climate control, and suggested ways to improve a flat roof to prevent water damage and protect the structural integrity of a front porch overhang. The process, timing expectations, and cost were clearly laid out, and the costs were described as very competitive and unheard of given the quality of work. Another customer reported that the company responded fast and came the same day to check a leak with a metal roof, was honest to let them know the leak was not from the roof, and did not charge anything for inspection. Customers also mention knowledgeable and professional service, great communication skills, fair pricing, and close attention to detail, including addressing unforeseen problems that needed repair. The crew arrived right on time and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customers highly recommend Gevara Roofing and would use them again for roof issues and future work.
I recently had Gevara Roofing replace the roof on our home and I was extremely pleased with their work! Mike initially came over and inspected our old roof in detail and noted ways in which we could improve the attic ventilation for better climate control. He also proposed ways to improve our flat roof to prevent water damage and protect the structural integrity of our front porch overhang. He clearly laid out his process, timing expectations, and cost. Gevara's costs are very competitive and, frankly, unheard of given the quality of work that he and his team performs. His team is amazing and I would highly recommend them for roof work and/or home exterior needs.
