Beyond amazing! I have worked on all my own cars for the last 25 years. July of 2025 I ran into a mess when I had to replace the starter on my 2007 tundra. There were rusted exhaust manifold bolts that needed to be removed and literally 6 other shops cried and said it was impossible. Well I spoke to the incredible professionals here and no one skipped a beat! “It should be done in 2 days just because we’re a little swamped”. That no worries swagger honestly made me a bit nervous. I cannot say enough about Forsyth Auto Service. I showed up in the pouring rain with no appointment, not sure how I was going to make it home to my family in Apex, and they took care of me immediately. Fast, fair, and extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. Special kudos to Tammie and John D. for taking such good care of me.
They had me in and out in under two hours and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience every step of the way. I have owned a lot of vehicles over the years and I have never received service this courteous or this fast anywhere. Ever.
