Atrium Health Urgent care in Kernersville is the best urgent care i have ever gone too. The staff are all professional and kind. Fast and excellent care. I would rate this urgent care 10 stars if possible.
This was my first time here and it was seriously the best experience! I went in at 9:45 pm on a Sat, there were 2 people ahead of me and I waited about 40 minutes which I think is very reasonable. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and friendly and listened to all of my concerns. They went above and beyond to be sure I was helped and happy and I also didn't feel rushed out of there. Could not be more grateful!
It's my second time in the emergency room, the same doctor treated me, it's a shame I don't remember her name because the nurses are WONDERFUL, they also provide very quick and effective care.
