Jimmy was on time. Drove up in a van that is well labeled. Verified what needed to be cleaned. Asked questions to make sure which equipment and chemicals to utilize. He was quick, and very professional. He told the time to explain the different processes for different stains. Then explained our situation. His prices are right inline with the current market.
