Based on patient reviews, ECU Health Women's Care is described as having great doctors and nurses who are thorough and willing to explain medical processes. The staff are very friendly, professional, and have smiles upon their faces. Patients felt comfortable and were treated with respect and compassion. The physician gave a fantastic doctor/patient encounter, restoring the ability to believe in doctors. There was hardly no wait time before being called to the back, and concerns were heard and addressed. The experience was the absolute best, with care that has been above par. Patients will definitely go back again for their next appointment.
I honestly wish they allowed us to take videos or pictures of our ultrasound and heartbeat- we only get this moment once and we would like to cherish them. Overall I enjoyed this establishment other then that. Everyone was friendly
Staff was professional and courteous making me feel my issues were important. Dr Garrett make you feel very comfortable in communicating and discussing any concerns, she very informative taking her time to explain test and exams.
Great experience! I have visited this office atleast 4 times in the last few months. I never wait very long. All the employees I have encountered have been very polite & professional. Nicole at the front desk is always helpful if I need to reschedule , Dr Garrett is amazing!
