The staff are very friendly, professional, and have smiles upon their faces. Patients felt comfortable and were treated with respect and compassion. The physician gave a fantastic doctor/patient encounter, restoring the ability to believe in doctors. There was hardly no wait time before being called to the back, and concerns were heard and addressed. The experience was the absolute best, with care that has been above par. Patients will definitely go back again for their next appointment.
Great experience! I have visited this office atleast 4 times in the last few months. I never wait very long. All the employees I have encountered have been very polite & professional. Nicole at the front desk is always helpful if I need to reschedule , Dr Garrett is amazing!
My experience was the absolute best! Staff amazing. Physician gave me a fantastic doctor/patient encounter, she restored my ability to believe in doctors. I'm pretty far along in life. Over the years I've seen the depreciation of the patient in medicine here in the USA. But I was treated with respect, with compassion and with real communication. Kudos to those who gave that pleasant experience to me. Thank you!!!
