Today was our first time in. We spent quite a bit of time with one of the sales reps, who was super patient and helpful. My only negative is that they're a little pricey. Overall, we are happy with the experience.

We were referred by our agent and Carrie was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us pick out flooring and quickly figured out what we liked and gave us great suggestions. She even offered options for us to help us stay on budget and we look forward to working with her soon! I fell in love with mosiaic tile there so I'm sure we will be using them again for future projects

I live in virginia and they took care of all of my needs, they got the floor in my house before my guests arrived for their stay. Mrs. Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend to work with her and to go here for all of your flooring needs.
