Mom of 3 here!!! My washer of 3.5 yrs started making a grinding sound and we could not use it for an over month. We were going to the laundromat every week! I was so fed up we were looking to just buy a new one after we had ordered parts and tried to fix it on our own. This man got to my house on time as we scheduled, immediately found the problem, explained and showed me the problem, gave me my options etc , went and got the part then came back and fixed it the same day! I was so happy I think I thanked him 10 times. I contacted them to fix my fridge. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and upfront about expected costs and timeline to fix. They were very nice in person and I'm extremely satisfied with the repairs.

I would give them 10+ stars if I could. I called around !0:00 AM and got a call back within 30 minutes. Around 11:20 I got a call saying the technician would be here that day and would text me before came. Around 11:50 got a text saying he would be her in 30 minutes. At 12:30 technician pulled in my driveway. I would highly recommend J + D Appliance Repair to anyone needing appliance repairs.
