The washer on my stacked washer and dryer stopped working, but I had no clue where to turn for help. My daughter did some calling around for me and found these guys on Google. I spoke with Darren on the phone, who was very kind and did a great job explaining every step. Also, their base rate was the most reasonable, so I went with them.
Jeremiah was the technician they sent to my home, and he was very respectful of my time and my property; most importantly, he fixed my problem in under an hour. I had an excellent experience with J+D Appliance Repair! My technician, Jeremiah, arrived exactly when he said he would and was professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish.
Jeremiah cleaned my dryer vent and discovered that the vent runs all the way up through the roof. He made sure the entire vent system was thoroughly cleaned, giving me peace of mind that everything was working safely and efficiently. He also took the time to share several helpful maintenance tips about my other appliances that I didn't know, which I truly appreciated.

I wholeheartedly recommend J&D Appliance repair. Jerimiah has repaired 2 different issues with my freezer very professionally & quickly. The office personnel ,Darren ,texted me ahead of the scheduled appointment which was very helpful as a reminder.
