Was in a hurry, trying to get my haircut before going to work. I use the app and put my name in early, but when I arrived, two other people had gotten there before me, and understandably, they started cutting their hair. After I waited for a few moments, I was asked if I was ready by a very young girl and it appeared to be her first time cutting a customers hair. She did a reasonably good job, but only because she was assisted randomly by other stylists in the store. Definitely took a lot longer than usual and no, they did not offer me a discount for being used as a training tool.

Susanna is absolutely incredible. Best haircut I’ve ever received here. I also saw how gentle she was with an older man that’s hair she cut and will be bringing my dad to come see her as well. Definitely ask for her.

I've had my hair cut at this location several times and they never disappoint. Mileka is the stylist who cuts my hair and I always get numerous compliments. She even put my preferences under my info so that other stylists or other Great Clips locations (should I patronize another) would have a guideline to go by. There is a Great Clips closer to where I live but I have such a great repor with Mileka that I'm not willing to give anyone else a chance yet.?
