Dr. McFail is very nice and helpful, pleasant, and actually listens. She did research and found that medications were not interacting together, which was causing several issues. A staff member named Amy is a wonderful person, very thoughtful with vitals, and goes above and beyond. Another nurse named Timothy is kind and listens to every word. The staff takes time with patients, making a whole difference in the day. While one patient almost gave up because of feeling rushed, another has been coming for three years and feels wanted. The office is definitely worth the drive, with an efficient caring staff that makes a plan that works at the patient's pace.
