As with any construction project we experienced delays due to weather, etc. which is always frustrating. However, we are thrilled with the finished product and can’t wait to enjoy the pool of our dreams for years to come. Thank you for everything BYP!!!

Backyard Pools was recommended to us by our landscape designer, Lori. We met Chris McNaught and started the process. Chris is such a good guy and if you find someone that knows more about pool and pool installation, I’d like to meet him or her.As you can see in the pic from this morning, we went the whole 9 yards with in-ground cover, 14x14 cabana, travertine deck, and extensive landscaping. It was a big and messy job and patience was the word, but Chris ended up doing it just as he said, and in a way that showed he had done this many times before. I have been dealing with Chris very nice gentleman gave me all the information I needed on the pool but I never signed a contract I was told that I could have a pool by July by the rep when I talked to them last via a text I was told that from the day that I placed the order is when I will get a pool which might now be September and I've been dealing with him for a couple of months and no contract I am very disappointed because I really wanted a San Juan pools maybe I'll get one but it doesn't look like it
