Ace Cleaners & Alterations provides excellent and amazing service with friendly, happy, and sweet staff who often know customers by name. Their work on dress shirts, blazers, pants, alterations, and dry cleaning is always perfect and done well and quickly with great attention to detail. Customers report a great experience with efficient, bubbly service and fair prices. The business has operated for 28 years with true experts who never make mistakes. Many recommend it to everyone in the area as the best place, stating they will never go anywhere else.
Nice ladies but they do not honor their pricing! I was told $15 to clean a suede trench coat that had no stains just an odd smell since I bought it at a consignment store. However, I paid $53.00 for a button to be replaced on my dress pants, a small tear was sewed on a sweater & a cleaning for a trench coat. She had told me $15.00 for the coat but when I arrived she stated $30.00. I will not be returning to an establishment that does not honor their pricing.
I was taking my clothes to HighPoint to get service , but I moved here in Adams Farm and decided to try this location since it’s literally 1.5 miles away !! And my God I wish I would have did this sooner ! The service is a AMAZING ! Always greeted with a SMILE ! and what makes it even better the nice woman knows me by NAME !!! I love it !! Thanks for being such a GREAT EXPERIENCE for me !!
I take my dress shirts, blazers, and dress pants to Ace Cleaners, and their work is excellent. My cousin had a wedding recently, and Ace Cleaners had my clothing ready quickly, as always. Michelle and her family have been in business here for 28 years, and their attention to detail reflects that wisdom. True experts!
