They always keep up with my service. They are kind and always on time and they will come out and retreat anytime you need them! I have been a customer for 40t years! Would recommend them to anyone!

We have used Terminix since we moved to our home in Mint Hill almost 30 years ago. They have always done exactly what we have needed, and in a timely manner. The folks that have been to our home understand I have a natural, native garden and do not wish anything spread around our flower beds. I also ask they leave spiders in place. Weird, I know, but I am most appreciative of the fact they listen to me.
Update! Nothing has changed. :)

The Terminix rep arrived early, was extremely friendly, and did a thorough job looking for termites. I could tell he takes his job very seriously and I appreciated his hard work and friendly demeanor.
