My second time to use T&C Heating and Cooling and great service both times. I've used a few of the larger HVAC service companies in area prior and always feel I am getting a sales appointment more than a service appointment.

When Tim Parker came out to see our old unit, he gave us two options but one we would have a never known about without his knowledge. This option saved us money and satisfied both my husband's request and mine for a new unit. This was Friday and Tim was able to get us scheduled for Monday morning installation. We were very thankful for that.The team who installed our new unit were very professional, educated me on the new unit and thermostat and made sure everything was taken away from the old unit. We are very pleased with the service from start to finish!

Our AC fan motor completely stopped working and left our house nearly 80 degrees. We have an eight month old child so no AC was not an option! We called T&C heating and cooling and the owner personally came out and inspected our unit and cause of the problem! He was so polite and very honest (which is rare these days) and had a part in the next day to fix it. We were up and running again within a few hours of installing!!! Great customer service and great job done by T&C! 10/10 recommend
