Absolutely AMAZING. This was the first time taking my super fluffy husky, Togo. Hes a bit shy and they ensured he was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. He looks and smells amazing! His nails were trimmed perfectly, not too short anywhere. All tangles are gone and sani cut was perfectly done with no areas too long or short. Thank you SO much! See you again soon!!!!
I have to say that this was the best grooming place I have ever taken my fur baby to. The staff loved my dog (Astro) and took very good care of him. Astro will miss this place. We moved to California, I hope that we can find a groomer as good as Michelle and a staff that was amazing to be around. Everyone in or around Indian Trail, NC should take their fur baby here. I will miss them.
I have been going to the Swagger Salon for over 5 years. Today I had a bad experience there and at first gave them a bad review. Keep in mind this was my first bad experience in 5 years . It broke my heart to do so because my dogs and I have loved going here. I was just very frustrated. After reading my review the owner very quickly got a hold of me and we had a discussion about my experience. The owner was very kind never came across rude and was able to answer all of my questions and rectify my bad experience. All I had wanted was an answer to my questions.
