Safe, clean, fun and supportive gym for training Brazilian jiu jitsu for all ages. Even when I am the only woman in class, the guys there are great partners for drilling and live training. Students say the kickboxing program is also great-a lot of them do both. The coaches are supportive and push you to do/be your best. All the upper belts are support friendly and help the coaches make sure everyone is safe/understands the moves. I tried a few places before landing here; it’s the best.
