Andrew, Jimmy, Markese, and Izzy do an excellent job. They don't just want your short term business. They work hard in their roles at every level and spend the time to make sure things are done right in the long term. They respond to messages fast with thoughtful responses. They are always willing to listen and are open to constructive feedback. If their opinions are different, it's communicated in a respectful and professional manner. They also do an above average job in taking care of their crews which in turn has their crews doing a better job on-site. Their pricing is fair and transparent. This review is from the perspective of both resident co-chairmens of Park Pointe Village (PPV) Landscaping Committee and not necessarily other stakeholders. PPV (the actual customer), is a large, multifaceted facility requiring a variety of knowledge and skill sets. Working in our environment is like balancing a three legged stool, PPV Management, Smith as a full service contractor, and a resident landscaping committee. Coordinating with and between all three is a complex task. Smith has handled that better than we would have anticipated.
