I am new to the area and received a recommendation from a friend for Nexus Dental and Dr. Duncan. I had my introductory appointment with Dr. Duncan and I have to say that I was very impressed with the care that I received from the Doctor and her staff at Nexus! Tara (hope I spelled that correctly) at the front desk was wonderful and took the time to review my dental coverage and the charges associated with my appointment. Amanda, my Dental Technician, was fantastic, taking the time to put me at ease (never easy for me at the dentist) and informing me of the steps during the appointment. I’m amazed - I wish I knew technology and dental care like this was available. I was scheduled and seen promptly. I feel like I was given a super detailed evaluation and options - (not pressure) - for anything I may want to pursue both to improve health and cosmetics. I have never had a dentist spend that much time. Dr. Duncan is excellent - very highly recommend her! Staff is phenomenal too.
