The Massage Envy in Indian Trail is the best ME franchise I have had the pleasure of going to. The staff is friendly in a genuine and not over the top way and their therapists are wonderful as well. I have never experienced anything but amazing customer service, a relaxing atmosphere, and high-quality care here. I always have a great personal experience where I feel known/recognized and not just like I'm a phone number in a computer.
