Leo and his team from Kustom did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel after we experienced a water leak from the attic. He kept us informed of the workers progress as well as the insurance process. Hopefully, we will never have to experience this again, but if we did I would not hesitate to call Kustom!
We have been working with Kustom US to rebuild our bathrooms after a leak in the wall. Every employee that has been in our house has been great. They are currently putting the Sheetrock up and Neilson and his partner have been available to answer questions and have gone out of their way to make sure we are happy with the progress.
Kustom's Superintendent Steve Withrow was amazing throughout the entire process of restoring four rooms of our home damaged by flooding due to a valve burst. He came to our rescue and took the lead to get our repairs back on track after some lag time passed between our insurance adjuster and project manager. As soon as he came into the picture repairs sped up noticeably. Steve was also available for a phone call inquiry even when out of town. He was extremely prompt and courteous responding to all phone calls, texts and emails. There were a few challenges during the restoration process and Steve handled them like a pro...keeping us informed every step of the way with his weekly email updates. Tomorrow morning we have our 'walk through' together and I look forward to sharing my compliments and gratitude to Steve Withrow in person!
