Cory is very thorough with his home inspection. We had a new home built and he did the inspection after the frame and mechanicals were installed. We then had him back out after the home was completed. He checks EVERYTHING! He is very flexible with times and gets your report to you by the next day. He takes his time to explain anytime you may have a question about. If you are looking for someone who inspects your home as if it was his call him.

I was satisfied with the results of the report and appreciated the detailed explanations regarding the concerns he observed during the inspection. Corey was an amazing inspector. We needed someone last minute after our previous inspector did not answer us (twice). Corey answered the phone late on Sunday and got us scheduled the following day.
