It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with my technician again who serviced my AC/Heating Unit last year. It’s almost like taking your car to your mechanic, you always use the same person from the previous visit, they know what they did on your equipment and they know what it needs best of all besides someone new at the job looking over the prior technicians work. Brandon is very polite and conscientious and does a great job at servicing our systems. He always informs us of the status of our units and only recommends replacement parts when they are necessary. I would highly recommend Helms Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone needing repairs or service.
