IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! I'm a resident at a multi family exterior reno that is supposedly being managed directly my Mr. David Daniel himself. I am also a project manager for a construction company and have been in the industry for over 15 years. The condition of this job site is not only unacceptable but hazardous to the residents as well as the pets and vehicles of the residents. I've made multiple complaints about the condition of the job site to the workers onsite as well as emails and phone calls to their office. I want to shout this from the roof tops! Daniel Enterprises in the best roofing company. This week has been a little wet in the Carolina's. Keep in mind I have a rather new home. I got a call from my kids that I needed to come home right away. Something was leaking from the ceiling. I immediately called Daniel Enterprises. I heard from a friend of a friend that they did good work and were very responsive. Wow, they lived up to their untarnished reputation. I noticed that my gutter had detached from the roof and was twisted. I called Mike Claudio at Daniel Enterprises and he scheduled someone to come and fix the gutter. His crew showed up on time on the day scheduled, he fixed my gutter and an invoice was sent to me with the price quoted. I couldn't be happier. I have recommended Dainiel Enterprises in the past and each person has called to thank me for recommending a company that is reliable, honest and good at their trade.
